Test Kitchen Notes

A paloma typically calls for tequila, lime, grapefruit, and soda—but here, Esteban Castillo of Chicano Eats decided to give the classic cocktail a little tropical-inspired twist. A splash of pineapple juice adds a sweet, gently tangy layer to the cocktail that plays really nicely with the bright, citrus-forward flavors of Fever-Tree’s Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. It’s a super-simple drink to mix up (simply add the ingredients to a glass, stir, and sip) and tastes like a perfect day at the beach.

Fantastic drink recipe! Refreshing and not overly sweet! Fever tree sparkling grapefruit is impossible to find in Massachusetts.
