Quick and easy stir-fry for a Thai night. Chicken stir-fry with sweet basil is a perfect dish to add a twist to your weekly meal pan. It's spicy, saucy, fresh and aromatic. —Pana Napa

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced (around 1 large clove)
  • 3 Chilies minced
  • 200 grams Chicken slice into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 cup Onion sliced into thin pieces
  • 1 Handful basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Directions
  1. Put a pan over medium heat and add cooking oil
  2. When the oil is hot, add garlic and chili. Stir-fry for 30 seconds and then add chicken.
  3. When the chicken is cook half way through, you can add the sauce. Then follow by onion. Stir-fry until the onion is cook. Add in basil leaves and fold through. Turn off the heat.
  4. serve the stir-fry with steamed rice and eat while it's hot. Enjoy!
