whole Spanish onion

olive oil

cubanelle peppers

red pepper flakes (optional)

salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients into blender, and then season to taste adding salt and pepper accordingly.

Whatever you don’t use can be stored in freezer for up to 6 months.
