A healthy and nutritious salad for a snack or light breakfast. I discovered this taste quite recently and was captivated by this recipe. —Anna Vorobiova

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 large green apple
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 handful arugula
  • juice of half a lemon
Directions
  1. Chop apple and stalks of celery into large pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl, season with lemon juice, and enjoy!
