What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 5-6 Yellow chilli peppers
  • 1 cup Carrot sticks
  • 1 cup Firm Tofu or Grilled Chicken
  • 3 tablespoons Healthy dressing of choice
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients together in a stainless steel bowl, chill and serve with dressing of choice.
