Nothing is more summery than good peaches, but their full culinary potential is sometimes overlooked. For this open faced sandwich we brought in some savory elements to complement the sweetness of summertime peaches, and the result is addictive. We used spreadable goat cheese as the base for this sandwich, but if you or your family are not the biggest fans of goat cheese, plain cream cheese would be an excellent substitute.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Peach thin sliced
  • 1 ounce Spreadable Goat Cheese
  • Chopped Basil
  • Honey for Drizzle
  • 2 Slices of S. Rosen's Farmers Market Soft 12 Grain Bread
Directions
  1. Toast the S. Rosen's Farmers Market Soft 12 Grain Bread
  2. Spread goat cheese on the toast, top with sliced peaches, chopped basil and drizzle with honey.
