ripe red tomatoes

ripe yellow tomatoes

yellow onion, divided

Olive oil

2 tablespoons
Soy sauce

3 tablespoons
Cilantro leaves

red hot pepper, small (like piri-piri)

Salt and whole black pepper
Directions

Cut the tomatoes and most of the onion into very thin rings. Place on a flat plate and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

For dressing finely chop cilantro, chili, and remaining onion. Mix with olive oil and soy sauce. Add salt and pour dressing over tomatoes.
