harissa seasoning powder

ground turmeric

salt

ground black pepper

ground cumin*

1/2 teaspoon
ground paprika*

*Note: Can be substituted for cumin seeds and red chili flakes. If using these, be sure to grind down well in a pestle & mortar, or a coffee grinder.

Mix all ingredients till they resemble one uniform powdered mix. Use it to season meats or in a curry.
