Spinach = high in antioxidants, which are converted to Vitamin A. High in Vitamin C, which protects phytonutrients, which protect against age-related diseases. Rich in flavonoids, which fight free radicals and inflammation to prevent disease and slow aging.
Mint = Digestive aid, relieves asthma symptoms, fights feelings of fatigue.
Coconut water = hydrating, contains high potassium and electrolytes for fluid regulation. —Laura

Fresh or Frozen Mango

1-3 cups
Spinach

1/4 cup
Mint (packed)

1/2 cup
Coconut Water

1/2 cup
Coconut Milk

1 tablespoon
Chia Seeds

Superfood Powder (1 scoop)

1 handful
Ice
Directions

Prepare ingredients. Skin and chop mango. Wash spinach. Remove mint leaves from their stems and rinse them with water.

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth (30-60 seconds).

Pour and serve immediately. Sprinkle chia seeds on top of your smoothie if desired!
