Ingredients
- Matcha puffs

All-purpose flour

Castor sugar

Orange juice

70 milliliters

Directions

First let's make matcha puffs. Combine flour, castor sugar, matcha powder, oil and water in a pot.

Heat it up and low heat (occasionally medium heat) and stir it constantly until it forms a non-sticky dough.

Cool it off then add in the eggs and mix well using a spatula until it forms a sticky batter.

Transfer into a piping bag (optionally with star-shaped mouth) and pipe the batter onto a lined baking tray.

Bake them in preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

Now let's make the orange curd. Add orange juice, milk, egg yolks, castor sugar and cornstarch in a pot and stir well.

Heat it up on low heat and stir it constantly.

When it becomes thick and creamy, remove from heat and strain it using a sieve or colander.

Dip the matcha puffs into the orange curd and enjoy!!
