Strongly influenced by Amanda's Roman punch, the second drink that I made with my new bottle of Domaine de Canton was this. I got a bit carried away with the meringue cap. —Sagegreen

Ingredients
  • 3 parts proseco, chilled
  • 1 part Domaine de Canton
  • 1 part fresh squeezed Meyer's lemon juice with optional 1/4 tsp. of sugar, to taste
  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff with optional 1/4 tsp. of sugar, to taste
Directions
  1. Pour the first three ingredients into a flute. Per drink I suggest 1.5 oz. as a 'part' to make a 6 oz. drink.
  2. Cap with some meringue, probably not as much as illustrated in the photos here though.
