Ingredients
  • For the cocktail:
  • 1 3/4 parts Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • 1/2 part sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 part allspice dram-infused marmalade
  • 8 drops mole bitters
  • Orange peel, for serving
  • For the allspice dram-infused marmalade:
  • 1 part orange marmalade
  • 2 parts allspice dram

Directions
  1. For the cocktail:
  2. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass and stir to combine.
  3. Fine-strain into a coupe or martini glass and serve up. Twist an orange peel over top to express the citrus oils. Set the orange peel aside and enjoy.
  1. For the allspice dram-infused marmalade:
  2. Combine the orange marmalade and allspice dram, and stir to combine. Don’t strain. Store in the refrigerator for about a week.
