A recipe even Bacchus would approve! A very light, healthy-ish recipe perfect for this era where sugar is a concern. Surprisingly easy but leaves you smacking your lips! You only need an oven so no excuses not to make this beautiful showstopper. —LA

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch red grapes
  • 50 milliliters molasses
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 500 grams strained greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla beans/extract
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds/berries
Directions
  1. - Pour the molasses, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and a tiny pinch of cinnamon (optional) over the grapes and bake at 350 Fahrenheit until caramelized. The outer shell should be crispy and the inside should have a jam-like consistency. Do not pluck the grapes from the bunch for presentation. (Don't throw away the juices remaining in the tray)
  2. Mix the strained greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth. Plate the cooled grapes over the yoghurt together with pomegranate and berries as well as the juices.
