Directions

Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil to a frying pan and saute the chopped red onions.

add ginger-garlic paste and chicken to the frying pan and mix for 5 mins.

add in salt, black-pepper, white-pepper, red-chilli flakes, chicken-powder, vinegar, soy sauce, and mustard paste, and cook for at least 5 minutes.

start shredding a chicken in the frying pan.

add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the middle of the frying pan and mix cornflour slowly.

Add boiled milk to the mixture and mix for a few minutes.

Take the chicken mixture in a dish. Add cream, mayonnaise, green-chatni, chopped-green chillies, and mix well.

Grate cheese over the mixture and mix everything.

Mix cornflour in water to make a paste.

Take a samosa Patti and give it 2 folds to make a triangle bag for filling.

Add the chicken filling and seal the samosas.

Fry in medium warm oil on medium flame up until golden brown.

serve with mayonnaise and ketchup and enjoy!
