Test Kitchen Notes
The classic Negroni cocktail gets a warmly spiced winter twist with the addition of a simple mulling spice-infused sweet vermouth, a type of fortified wine. Those toasty flavors complement the floral, fruit-forward notes of NOLET’S Silver Gin—our gin of choice for this cocktail—and are balanced by the bitter orange Campari.
