Test Kitchen Notes
Bring the bright, juicy flavors of apple and baking spices to your Negronis with the addition of apple brandy and a touch of Cynar, an amaro with earthy, herbaceous qualities. Those fruity apple notes highlight the peach and raspberry in our favorite gin for this cocktail riff, NOLET’S Silver Gin, which also has subtle elements of rose that shine next to the bittersweet profile of the drink.
