Sesame and Miso Rainbow Slaw

Vibrant and oh so good! This easy rainbow slaw will have you dancing into the week
Ingredients
same and Miso Vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Miso Paste
- 1 teaspoon Black Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
Rainbow Slaw
- 1 Carrot Shredded
- 1 Small Green Cabbage
- 1 Small Purple Cabbage
- 1 Small Cucumber Coined
- 1 Red Bell Pepper 1/4 strips
- 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Chives fine dice

- Step 1
Sesame and Miso Vinaigrette In a small mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix together, making sure the brown sugar is incorporated into the dressing.
- Step 2
For the Slaw In a large mixing bowl all in all the ingredients and 1 tbsp at a time, drizzle the vinaigrette over the slaw mixing and coating the slaw. Do not add all at once. Reserve the extra dressing. Garnish with black sesame seeds
