Inspired by the Kentucky Derby season, the Talk Derby To Me cocktail by SIA Scotch Whisky offers a fun twist on the classic Mint Julep.

SIA is a unique blend for the modern palate with a distinctive and approachable taste profile of vanilla, caramel, citrus, honey, and a hint of smoke.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1.5 - 2 ounces SIA Scotch Whisky
  • 1.5 ounces Champagne Orange Syrup
  • 0.25 ounces Lemon Juice
  • 3 - 4 Mint Leaves
Directions
  1. In a mixer, combine all ingredients and shake.
  2. Strain into a julep cup, then top with crushed ice, piled high.
  3. Garnish with additional mint sprigs.
