Author Notes
Beetroots are an important part of a vegetarian diet because they are rich in iron, in silicone and folic acid. They really can be beneficial for women's healthy reproductive system.
In Ayurveda, we use them as a tonic for the digestive system and the blood. As beets are helpful when you suffer from constipation and hemorrhoids. You can juice them or you can make this pate for toast to get your daily dose.
You will enjoy this pate 🙂 Store covered in the fridge for up to 3-5 days. —Amrita Ma Devi
