Strawberries remind us of the joys of warmer days. Bursting with reviving berry antioxidants and vitamins. The dates in this recipe are great for firey constitutions known in Ayurveda as pitta dosha. What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hamraya dates preferable for their light color
  • 2 large organic strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
Directions
  1. Soak the dates in water over-night. De-pit and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the strawberries and cinnamon powder.
  3. Place into a glass container and sprinkle onto cardamon to serve.
