Ingredients
1
medium onion, sliced very thin
1
garlic clove, minced
1.5
tablespoons
neutral oil
1.5
tablespoons
Hungarian paprika
1.5
tablespoons
salt
1
Hungarian wax pepper
2
baking potatoes
4
chicken legs
water to cover
Directions
Saute onions in oil on medium heat until soft, but prior to browning.
Add garlic until fragrant, add Paprika, Salt and stir.
Add chicken and Water to barely cover. Add Hungarian Pepper. Bring to Boil. Reduce Heat, Cover and Simmer for ½ Hour.
Add cut-up potatoes, bring back to a boil, reduce heat and continue to simmer until potatoes and chicken are done. (~30m)
