Ingredients
-
2 tablespoons
olive oil
-
2
garlic cloves, minced
-
salt, to taste
-
black pepper, to taste
-
1/2 teaspoon
chili flakes, optional
-
2 bunches
swiss chard or kale (about 250-300g), tough center and stem removed and cut into ribbons, rinsed
-
lemon juice, to taste
Directions
-
Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes into the Large Anyday Shallow or Deep dish. Cover with the lid (knob lifted).
-
Cook in the microwave at full power for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant.

Add greens, packing them tightly into the dish — they will shrink as they cook! Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the greens are tender and bright green.
-
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the greens to taste.
