It only takes 4 ingredients to whip up these gluten-free chocolate fudge brownies that LITERALLY melt in your mouth. —Melina

What You'll Need
  • 2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted or unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave.
  2. Add the eggs and sugar, whisk until well combined.
  3. Grease and/or line a 8×8 baking pan and pour the batter in it. Bake at 350F for 30 mins.
  4. Cool down for at least 30 mins. This step is crucial as the brownies need to set and firm up.
