Ever thought to put hummus on a burger before? Neither had I, but since my first taste, I’ve dubbed Ithaca Grillo’s Pickles Hummus this summer’s BBQ essential and every burger’s new best friend.
If you think you’ve had a good burger, add a dollop of Ithaca’s newest flavor, and think again. The salt to my pepper, the peanut butter to my jelly—this bold, pickle-flavored hummus brings a DILL-ighful tang, while the hummus texture delivers an unbeatable creaminess to every burger and hotdog without fail. —Emily Smith
