Ingredients

Figs (red or green)

Burratta or Mozarella

Olive oil
-
Fleur de sel

Dried mint
Directions

Wash and cut the figs. Arrange on a plate.

Place the Burratta piece whole or the Mozzarella in small pieces at the centre.

Sprinkle with olive oil, dried mint and Fleur de Sel. Enjoy!
