This is so so good! And the colors will make you smile.
You can use Burratta or Mozzarella, as you wish. —Kenza Saadi

What You'll Need
  • Figs (red or green)
  • Burratta or Mozarella
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Dried mint
  1. Wash and cut the figs. Arrange on a plate.
  2. Place the Burratta piece whole or the Mozzarella in small pieces at the centre.
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil, dried mint and Fleur de Sel. Enjoy!
