Ingredients

125 grams
Plain yoghurt (one pot - use the pot for the rest)

1/2 tablespoon
Baking powder

1 pot (the Yoghurt one) of heavy cream

1 1/2 pots brown sugar

3 pots flour

350 grams
Fresh strawberries, washed and diced

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients, and the wet ingredients separately (except the strawberries)

Mix the two and add the strawberries carefully.

Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with a little bit of brown sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at a 180 degrees C. oven.

Cool thoroughly before serving. Enjoy!
