I cannot imagine a better description than the name of the recipe, and I could not think of any better name after the first bite. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 125 gram Plain yoghurt (one pot - use the pot for the rest)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 pot (the Yoghurt one) of heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 pots brown sugar
  • 3 pots flour
  • 350 gram Fresh strawberries, washed and diced
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients, and the wet ingredients separately (except the strawberries)

  • Step 2

    Mix the two and add the strawberries carefully.

  • Step 3

    Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with a little bit of brown sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at a 180 degrees C. oven.

  • Step 4

    Cool thoroughly before serving. Enjoy!
