Ingredients

1/4 cup
Coconut oil

1/2 cup
Coconut sugar or monkfruit sweetener

2 tablespoons
Maple Syrup

1 cup
Almond flour

2/3 cup
Oat flour

1 teaspoon
Each of cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, all spice

2 teaspoons
Baking powder

2 tablespoons
Plant milk

3 tablespoons
Favourite nut butter

1/2 cup
Raspberries
Directions

Heat oven to 180 deg. Mix together the oil, maple and sugar to a paste then add flours, spices, and baking powder.

Add plant milk, little by little as you may not need all. The texture should come together nicely but not be wet or crumbly.

Rest in fridge for about 30 mins, then shape into small balls. Flatten slightly.

Bake in oven for approx 20 mins, check at 15 mins. Top with nut butter and raspberries.
