Author Notes

A tart, juicy, fizzy drink that’s perfect for ringing in the holidays. This cheery cocktail offers a little spiced kick from the fresh ginger and just the right amount of fruity sweetness from the pear, so the smoothness of Tito's Handmade Vodka bubbles up to the surface. —Irene Yoo
