A tart, juicy, fizzy drink that’s perfect for ringing in the holidays. This cheery cocktail offers a little spiced kick from the fresh ginger and just the right amount of fruity sweetness from the pear, so the smoothness of Tito's Handmade Vodka bubbles up to the surface. —Irene Yoo
(4-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
For the cocktail:
Combine the Tito’s Handmade Vodka, pear and ginger syrup, pear juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake to combine (about 20 to 30 seconds).
Strain into a coupe glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with candied ginger on a skewer, if using, and serve.
For the pear and ginger syrup:
Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is almost boiling, then remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain into a food-safe container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
