Midwest is known for their corn, and this recipe is proof of that! Taking plain corn to a new level adding corn, butter, cream cheese and cheese with a little sugar..yummy! This recipe makes a perfect side dish for a potluck, Thanksgiving or Christmas!
This recipe is made in a crock pot, but could easily be made over a stove as well or baked in an oven-just remember to stir every 15 minutes or so.

Ingredients

9-11 cups
sweet corn or frozen corn

11 ounces
cream cheese (can use light)

1/4 cup
butter, cubed

3-4 tablespoons
water

3 tablespoons
sugar

8 ounces
Velveeta (or any brand)
Directions

In a crock pot, mix all ingredients

Cook on low for 1-2 hours on high until cheese is melted and corn starts to bubble OR 3-4 hours on low
