Author Notes

Midwest is known for their corn, and this recipe is proof of that! Taking plain corn to a new level adding corn, butter, cream cheese and cheese with a little sugar..yummy! This recipe makes a perfect side dish for a potluck, Thanksgiving or Christmas!
This recipe is made in a crock pot, but could easily be made over a stove as well or baked in an oven-just remember to stir every 15 minutes or so.
