Ingredients

olive oil

sliced baby bella mushrooms

4 sprigs
thyme

Pinch
salt

Pinch
pepper
Directions

Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the oil is warm, add mushrooms and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook mushrooms until they're nearly tender (about 10 minutes).

Add the thyme sprigs and cook for another 4 minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
