What You'll Need
  • 1 Atkins Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake
  • 1 tablespoon chai seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar free chocolate syrup
  1. Chill shake in the freezer for 45 minutes from room temperature, or 30 minutes from refrigerated.
  2. Blend all ingredients together on medium high speed until well combined. Serve immediately over ice if desired..
