What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces bag of crinkle fries
  • 1 teaspoon EVOO
  • 10 ounces package plant-based ground “beef”
  • 4 ounces lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • dill pickle chips
  • vegan shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo/unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • water to thin
Directions
  1. Bake the crinkle fries according to package directions either in the oven or in an air fryer. While the fries are cooking, heat a large skillet to medium heat, add the tablespoon of EVOO and cook the “Beef” according to package instructions.
  2. Next, make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisking together until combined. Add more water if necessary to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Distribute lettuce between the salad bowls. Top each bowl with equal portions of “Beef”, sliced red onions, tomato, pickles, vegan cheese, and french fries. Finish with a drizzle of dressing and serve immediately.
