These Vegan Cheeseburger Salad Bowls are a delicious bowl of all your favorite burger ingredients, just without the bun. This healthier low-carb version of a juicy cheeseburger is loaded with plant-based ground beef, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, vegan shredded cheddar cheese, dill pickle chips, and crinckle french fries. Serve with an easy homemade dressing for a delicious gluten-free, plant-based 30 minute meal.


Ingredients

For the

  • 16 ounce bag of crinkle fries
  • 1 teaspoon EVOO
  • 10 ounce package plant-based ground “beef”
  • 4 ounce lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
  • 8 ounce cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • dill pickle chips
  • vegan shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo/unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • water to thin

Directions

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Bake the crinkle fries according to package directions either in the oven or in an air fryer. While the fries are cooking, heat a large skillet to medium heat, add the tablespoon of EVOO and cook the “Beef” according to package instructions.

  • Step 2

    Next, make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisking together until combined. Add more water if necessary to reach the desired consistency.

  • Step 3

    Distribute lettuce between the salad bowls. Top each bowl with equal portions of “Beef”, sliced red onions, tomato, pickles, vegan cheese, and french fries. Finish with a drizzle of dressing and serve immediately.
