Super simple to make, and it can be enjoyed alone or as a side.
Either way, I know you will enjoy it immensely as it does not require any cooking, and it is pretty healthy, mainly during the summer season when tomatoes and avocados are in season. —giangiskitchen

Haas avocado

mozzarella

parsley

black pepper
Directions

Whisk the red vinegar with the salt until it has melted in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and garlic clove and mix well

Add the avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella, and parsley and toss.
