Golden brown with crispy edges, air fryer snapper with cauliflower is an easy-to-make high-protein weeknight meal. I've cooked this recipe with yellowtail and mutton snapper and it came out perfectly!
Ingredients
- 1 pound pound thin white fish fillets, defrosted
- 1 cauliflower, washed and trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, divided
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
