Have your meats been missing something? Well I found it! This deliciously herbal and easy-to-make chimichurri is the perfect topping for all your meats and seafood dishes. The fresh-frozen herbs give the recipe an undeniable flavor and aroma, while also lending greater nutritional value than dried herbs. Plus, using frozen, prepared herbs means saving time on cooking prep so you can focus more on eating and less on chopping and peeling. —Chef George Duran

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 cubes Dorot Gardens frozen garlic
  • 4 cubes Dorot Gardens frozen parsley
  • 4 cubes Dorot Gardens frozen cilantro
  • 2 cubes Dorot Gardens frozen basil
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Directions
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine frozen garlic cubes with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Microwave for 90 seconds on high. Remove and add frozen parsley, cilantro, and basil. Mix until the residual heat melts all the cubes.
  2. Add salt, red pepper flakes, vinegar, and 1/4 cup more of extra virgin olive oil. Adjust seasoning to taste with more salt if needed.
  3. Serve with steaks, chicken, fish, and more.
