Celebrate National Rum Day with Puerto Rico’s most famous contribution to the cocktail world. Created sometime during the 1950s, its exact origins are often debated. What’s not debatable is that its best version is made with Ron del Barrilito! —Emily Smith

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Ron del Barrilito Three Stars
  • 2 ounces Cream of Coconut
  • 4 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Dehydrated Pineapple
Directions
  1. Combine rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and ice into a mixing glass, shake
  2. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple
  3. Enjoy!
