When you hear the words cheeseburger or Big Mac, what comes to your mind? Fast food, unhealthy snacks, and cheat meals are some things you might think about. However, we can’t deny that cheeseburgers are delicious, hence their popularity.
What if there’s a way for you to enjoy cheeseburgers without having to leave out any ingredients or worry about side effects. Follow along and give this cheeseburger salad recipe a try. —Luna Regina

romaine lettuce (roughly chopped)

chocolate cherry tomatoes (halved)

plain Greek yogurt

1/2 tablespoon
Heinz ketchup

traditional Dijon mustard

black pepper

garlic powder

red wine vinegar

cornichons

1 tablespoon
olive oil

chili powder

parsley (chopped)
Directions

Place a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp garlic, and stir for 30 seconds. Add 4 oz ground beef, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp chili powder. Sauté for 3 minutes and let cool.

Make the sauce: Add 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tbsp ketchup, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp black pepper then mix well.

Assemble the salad with 4 oz romaine lettuce, ground beef, 6 oz tomatoes, 0.5 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz red onion, and 0.5 oz cornichons. Dress the salad, garnish with parsley, and enjoy.
