Get ready for festive and boozy at-home entertaining with my Spiced Cranberry Orange Punch! The star of this easy-to-make punch is the cranberry simple syrup, featuring fresh cranberries, ginger, and warm spices like cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. dark rum

champagne or prosecco

Directions

In a medium pot, combine 2 cups of water, sugar, cranberries, ginger, and mulling spice. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until it reduces by half and slightly thickens. Remove from heat and allow it to come to room temperature.

In a punch bowl or large cooking pot, combine the cranberry syrup, rum, and prosecco. Top with sliced limes, additional fresh cranberries, and 4 to 6 large ice cubes. Serve chilled.
