Author Notes

Roasted salmon is always a reliable dinner option. My hoisin glazed salmon is sweet, savory, and ready to eat in under 30 minutes. Toss some broccoli on the sheet pan and enjoy a perfectly cooked meal your whole family will enjoy. The main flavor component is hoisin, which is a thick, sweet, and savory sauce similar to bbq sauce. Hoisin is typically used in Chinese and Vietnamese dishes and adds a ton of umami flavor to our salmon. Make dinner easy by serving this dish up with steamed white rice and enjoy. —Jennifer Struss
