Ingredients

thick plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoons
honey (like wildflower)

1/2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon (Vietnamese is excellent)
Directions

Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl.

Smear on toast or add a dollop to hot oatmeal or French toast with fresh fruit.

Cover and store any leftovers in the fridge for the shelf life of the yogurt.
