What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces thick plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey (like wildflower)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Vietnamese is excellent)
Directions
  1. Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Smear on toast or add a dollop to hot oatmeal or French toast with fresh fruit.
  3. Cover and store any leftovers in the fridge for the shelf life of the yogurt.
