Ingredients
  • 1 cup Popcorn
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Parmesan for grating
  • salt to taste
  • dry basil
Directions
  1. Heat popcorn and oil on a stove turned on high. Cover with a lid.
  2. Shake the pan vigorously until the pops start to slow.
  3. Pull off the pan and dump the popcorn into a bowl.
  4. Melt your butter, pour it over the popcorn and grate the cheese and basil all over top.
  5. Toss and serve!
