What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 4 small - medium sized bags of toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 large bananas
  • A pinch of cloves
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 5 large dates deseeded (more if needed)
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder
Directions
  1. Blend the sesame seeds in a blender until they become flour. Next blend the bananas until they become a smoothie. Combine the flour and banana smoothie in a mixing bowl with spices and finally get out a baking tray with baking paper, shape the mixture into small hamantashens and place them on to the tray.
  2. Process the dates in a food processor until they become crumble. Next add the cocoa powder in and process until the mixture becomes paste and finally shape the paste into small balls and place them in each hamantashen.
  3. Preheat the oven at 230 degrees Celsius. Once fully preheated put the hamantashens in and cook for 5 min or until they are ready. In between the baking change the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. Once the hamantashens are fully cooked take them out and place them onto a nice platter. Happy Purim!
