These Maple Bacon Carrots will make more than just the Easter Bunny hoppy! This dish not only gives a festive look to your spring or Easter table but they are easier to make than they look. In just 30 minutes, you will have the perfect side dish or appetizer to your main course and new tradition to your Easter celebration. —Emily Smith

Carrots (peeled)

Bacon

Chopped Parsley

1/2 cup
Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling and Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons
Maple Syrup
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Wrap each carrot with a strip of bacon and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Triple Citrus Grilling and Dipping Sauce, and maple syrup.

Use a pastry brush to brush the sauce onto the bacon wrapped carrots.

Roast the carrots in the oven for 15 minutes then brush on another layer of the sauce. Bake them for another 15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the carrots are cooked.

Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
