Ingredients
-
Shot
2 large tortilla wraps
-
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-
1/4 cup
mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons
barbecue sauce
-
1 cup
shredded lettuce
-
1
tomato, diced
-
1/2 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
-
1-2 pinches
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
-
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
-
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce until well combined.
-
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the tortilla wraps on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the sauce mixture onto each tortilla.
-
Add the Fillings:
Divide the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced chicken, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly between the two wraps, placing the ingredients in the center of each wrap.
-
Fold the Wraps:
Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to form a wrap.
-
Serve:
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
