A super fast, delicious and healthy wrap using deli meat, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, lettuce, feta cheese, and pesto mayo. Perfect for lunches, or a "no cook" dinner! —Dash of Amy

Ingredients

garden herb tortillas (burrito size)

2 tablespoons
mayonnaise

2 tablespoons
pesto sauce

4-6
sliced roasted red peppers

8-10
kalamata olives, halved

1-2 tablespoons
feta cheese

4-6
romaine lettuce leaves

5-6
thin slices of deli chicken (or turkey)
Directions

In a small bowl mix together the mayo and the pesto.

Spread pesto mayo all over the bottom of each tortilla.

Top with romaine lettuce, sliced meat, roasted peppers, olives, and feta.

Roll it up tightly, and wrap with foil to keep it together.
Slice in half, and enjoy!
