What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cup Crème Fraiche
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Thorne Daily Greens Plus
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Tarragon Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Parsley Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Chives
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except the oil in a blender cup. Start blending at medium speed and gradually add oil slowly to emulsify. Reserve and use on salads, meats, and fish dishes of your choice.
