Ingredients

120 grams
rice

400 grams
minced meat

shallot
-
1
aubergine
-
50 grams
parmesan
-
600 milliliters
vegetable stock

fresh basil
-
pepper for spicing
Directions

Grate parmesan and set aside

Cut shallot into small pieces
-
Cut aubergine in small pieces

Fry shallots, aubergine and minced meat until the meat is nearly done. Spice with some pepper.

Add rice and vegetable stock
-
Bring to a boil and let boil until all the liquid is gone

Add parmesan and fresh basil

Mix together and serve!
