Ingredients

ripe avocados (medium)

1 teaspoon
Himalayan or sea salt

1-2 teaspoons
garlic powder

1 tablespoon
lime juice

2-3 tablespoons
green onion (optional)

tomato (optional)
Directions

Cut avocados and scoop out into a small bowl.

Add salt, garlic powder, and lime juice.

Mash avocados with a fork until smooth (or leave it a bit chunky, if you prefer). Mix well to incorporate all the seasonings.

Chop green onion and tomato, if using, and stir into avocado mixture.

Serve immediately. (Or store in refrigerator covered with foil pressed down onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning.)
