If you have a sweet tooth, you'll love this Snickerdoodle Layered Pie. It takes the charm of snickerdoodle cookies and transforms them into a multi-layered, creamy dessert that you can't resist.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 cups snickerdoodle cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 5.9 ounces instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups cups of milk + 1/4 cup milk for cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
Directions
  1. Roughly crumble the cookies and spread them in the bottom of a 7×10 dish.
  2. Pour the melted butter on top and lightly press down.
  3. In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, brown sugar, and 1/4 of milk.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour it on top of the cookie crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, add the instant pudding and 2 1/2 cups of milk. (if you are using dairy free milk use a mixer on high to get the pudding to set.
  7. Pour on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Top with whipped topping. Enjoy!
